Certified since 2017 in hair extensions, Laurence Poirier-Pichette is known on social networks as Hair extensions by Laurence. The world of extensions and entrepreneurship quickly became a passion for her. In only 3 years, she has more than 6 advanced degrees to her credit. She is constantly refining her skills by learning new techniques, because for Laurence delivering the best of herself to satisfy her customers is a priority!
Laurence has also trained with renowned artists such as Maggie Seeman, an international artist and Hair by Chrissy in California. Throughout her career, she was able to test several ranges of hair from different suppliers
After a while, her sense of entrepreneurship and businesswoman took over and she said to herself: why not pass on my passion and knowledge by launching my own line of hair extensions. That's when a new adventure began, under the name of Haircoast.
The range
HAIRCOAST
Haircoast is a range of high quality European hair with a variety of 40 different colors. We offer you high-end extensions,because they are thick from root to tip, in addition to being REMY certified.
They are therefore considered high quality human hair, which means that the hair cuticles are kept intact and are aligned in the same direction.
With proper maintenance, pale extensions have a a lifespan of 7 to 8 months and for dark extensions of 8 to 10 months. As for our prices, they range from 130 to 1200 $ for an installation with hair included. This is why it is important to do a consultation before making an appointment to evaluate your hair type.
We offer several techniques in the salon such as adhesive strips, micro rings, keratin, nano tips and Habit method.
The Techniques
Micro Rings
Micro-rings are the perfect technique for those who are afraid of heat since they are made with cold fusion and without glue.
The installation is done individually wick by wick. In addition to being light on the natural hair, it does not damage it.
Moreover, this technique is suitable for medium to thick hair types. Finally, since the extensions are reusable, you have to bring them up to 3 to 4 months.
Adhesive tapes
Adhesive tapes is a cold fusion technique and it suitable for all hair types.
This one is definitely one of the most comfortable techniques on the market. It is discreet, easy to remove and gives a very complete and full result. Moreover, it is also possible to cut the strips in half to create half strips and have an even more natural result.
This technique is ideal for those who like to tie their hair up. Finally, since the extensions are reusable, they must be made go back 6 to 10 weeks.
Nano-Tips
